After 7 years of playing at AFC Wimbledon, Leo made the short transfer to Cobham, after most of the top teams in England had tried to sign the 14 year old talent. Leo had become the youngest ever player to play for the Dons 18s and had already been called up for the England U15s. Inevitably the lure of the big club told.
Leo is now playing for Chelsea’s U18s, a play maker style player, with excellent peripheral vision. Leo is right footed but his left foot is well developed. Earlier in his academy career Leo was a defender but he seems to be gradually moving further forward as his influence on the attacking third of the field becomes even greater.
Leo also can dribble to break lines, and has a natural ability to go past players, as well as link play with quick passing. He has always been a hard working and puts a lot of pride in pressing to win the ball back quickly for his teams. Leo has also good an excellent personality, he can capture an audience, and is a big personality around the dressing room.
